The Mission . . . of the Youth Outreach Network is to unite the Body of Christ to reach out and minister to all youth in Texas.
The Strategy . . . of the Youth Outreach Network is to facilitate the Networking of youth workers for prayer, fellowship, mutual encouragement and the sharing of resources as a basis for cooperative outreach to the youth of their community.
The Youth Outreach Network was born in 1989 in an Evangelical Alliance of Greater Dallas meeting when over 100 Pastors unanimously decided that the single emphasis on which they wished to cooperate, was to reach the youth of the Metroplex.
Today the Youth Outreach Network links together thousands of churches and para church organizations in the DFW/N. Texas area, and coordinates outreach strategies with the goal of presenting the gospel to the Metroplex’s 1 million+ young people (80% are unchurched).
